WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

DIZASTER IN A HALO accepts returns within 7 days of the shipment delivery date (the date you received them). Some exclusions and restrictions apply, see below.

Items must be in the condition you received them in; unworn and unwashed.

To make a return, fill out our RETURN FORM you can download and print a new copy below) and include it with the item(z) you send back. Or write down the correct information on a slip of paper.

As soon as we receive your return we’ll send you a confirmation email.

HOW DO I SEND BACK MY RETURN IF I’M OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?

Same as domestic returns. Fill out the return, click here to print a return form or write down on a slip of paper all the correct information. Send back your item(z) with your return form filled out and include it all in your package.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?

Processing returns takes up to 2 days after they are delivered to our warehouse, so please be a little patient with us, we will get to your return ASAP cuz we wanna make ya happy!

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY CASH RETURN IS AVAILABLE?

As soon as we process your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your store info. Once you get that e-mail, you’re all set.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?

If you think you received defective, damaged or incorrect items, contact DIZZY within 5 days of receipt with a photo of the defect so we can fix the situation for you quickly.
