Q:What Shipping Methods Are Available?
* Standard Shipping 5-7 Days to anywhere in the US with Tracking and Delivery Date.
* Priority Insured Shipping 2-3 Days to anywhere in the US with Tracking and Delivery Date.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. (Contact us if you have a problem and we will help to sort it out.) 

Q:Do You Ship Internationally?
A:Yes

* Standard 2-6 Weeks International Shipping. (Custom form number showing it left its destination. No Tracking or Insurance.)
* Priority Insured 7 Day Shipping

+ All international orders are subject to customs fees determined by their countries regulations.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 Q: What’s your exchange/return policy?
A:  We hope you love what you’ve ordered, but if there’s an issue you can return your item(s).
* Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn.
* You’re responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked. DIZASTER IN A HALO is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Q:I saw an item on the site and I’m obsessed, how can I find it?
There’s a  search bar at the top right hand corner of your page, chances are if you type in something even remotely close to what the item is called, you’ll be able to pull it up. Is the item currently out of stock? You might still have a chance; we occasionally restock the stuff we love most! If you see the item you love is out of stock go to our contact page and email DIZZY, asking for the product(s) you would like to order that are sold out.

Q:Do You Do Custom Orders?
A:Yes. If there is an idea you have and would love for it to be created go to our contact page or scroll down below to the contact link to write to DIZZY to make it happen.

Q:Can I write/post about DIZASTER IN A HALO?
A:Yes, tag your photo(s) to our Instagram,Facebook,Twitter & Pinterest or email your photo(s) to DIZZY, simply go to our contact page or scroll down below and click CONTACT DIZZY. We will feature you on our social media and website. We love seeing our customer photos.
